Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping
You are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse at your own cost. If you would prefer us to arrange the pickup for you, we charge a pickup fee of Rs. 199, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking fee
All approved refunds are subject to a restocking fee of Rs. 99, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exception: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are exempt from both the return shipping cost and the restocking fee. In those cases we arrange the return at our cost and refund you in full.

Refunds will not be entertained if the product is returned without the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or pickup fees. If you paid using COD, please provide your bank information when initiating refunds in which you want to receive a refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
